Born a fourth generation musician, Denis has blue-grass-stained genes. At 12 years old, he formed and began singing bluegrass with his family band “Northern Grass,” winning several band competitions in and around northern Ontario. In addition to having a college diploma, and a university degree, and being self-employed, he is also being a singer, songwriter, recording artist, and the front-man for
The C-Denny Band
. He is also the founder and chair of the Nipissing Bluegrass Association.

Larry is a very committed bluegrass enthusiast living in Kitchener, Ontario. In addition to his role as Vice-President, he is also Vice-President of the Wellington Waterloo Bluegrass Music Association (WWBMA). When he isn't working on bluegrass issues, he can be found behind his banjo, playing gigs with Foxtail, or just jammin' with whomever can keep up to him.

Rolly has been involved in Bluegrass since 1979 when he was transferred to Burlington where he presently lives. He plays Bass and guitar and presently plays Bass and sings lead with Crosswind. Rolly has been president of the Skyway Bluegrass Club for many of the last dozen years. Rolly and his wife(Bonnie) are responsible for counting the ballots for the Central Canadian Bluegrass Awards.

Donald is currently the president of the Ottawa Valley Bluegrass Music Association and brings to BMACC many years of interest and participation in promoting bluegrass music. Although not personally a musician, Donald has a keen interest in all things bluegrass, particularly promoting our own excellent musicians and bands, from within the region.

Gord and his wife, Audrey, own and operate The Stringman online music business. As well, Gord plays dobro and sings baritone in Foxtail, a bluegrass band based in southwestern Ontario. He and his wife believe strongly in the family values which the bluegrass community adheres to. They both advocate the involvement in music (fans and musicians alike) as a positive outlet when coping with todays busy demanding living.

Retired physical education and special education teacher living in North Bay. Interests and hobbies include running, travelling, singing and playing mandolin.
Currently rehearsing with a recently formed bluegrass band and competing in the M60-65 division in Canadian Masters Track and Cross Country. 
Have been Canadian Champion twice, Silver medalist 3 times and Gold medalist once in Cross Country at the National level.
Married to Joan with three children. We have all travelled to and resided in Australia for two years.
Currently active as a director with BMACC.

Bill is a teacher and founding member of General Store. Born in Carleton Place Ontario, he now lives in Brampton, Ontario with his wife Dora. Prior to General Store, he played with the bluegrass band Silverbirch and earlier, he was a member of the folk group "Pennies Children". He sings lead and harmony parts and plays 5 string banjo and guitar. He has played at all the major Ontario bluegrass festivals, a number of folk festivals and appeared on CITY TV in Toronto numerous times.

Bill and his wife are social activists and can often be found demonstrating and working for health care and environmental and social justice.

Bill is also a life member of the Brampton Excelsior Lacrosse Club and has 2 Canadian major championship rings.
