The BMACC organizational structure consists of an eleven member board of directors, of whom four are selected to hold the position of President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer. In addition, there are currently six designated working committees, as follows:

Advertising, promotion, sponsership and Media chair

Newsletter Editor

Festival and Promoter Liason

Bluegrass Club Liason

Membership Chair

Bands and Music Liason

The committes are volunteer positions filled from within the directorship pool.
